CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 409(FSH) "An Act relating to the                                              
maximum length of salmon seine vessels; and providing for an                                        
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis
